Ghost Town Coffee Roasters

In my last trip to Bozeman, my lodging provided some coffee from a roaster I had not heard of prior, a local roaster called Ghost Town. After a quick google search, I opted to leave the free coffee at my shelter and made my way over to one of their cafes to experience it firsthand.

Driving north of town to what looked like their main location, I found surrounded by plenty of parking. Situated in a large building, the shop is easy to spot, complete with a garage door for nice days and plenty of sunshine on the cold ones. Inside, the interior is voluminous, full of warm touches and plenty of seating.

As for coffee, I settled upon an espresso of a single origin Ethiopian and a drip coffee of their Clean blend. The espresso, pulled short/medium with light brown crema, smacked of lemon, elderberry, cream and a little romaine, proving sweet and bright. The drip coffee made for a deeper infusion, with notes of toffee, pipe smoke, apple, pear, sourdough and a little butter.

While I wasn't able to stay long, I did find my stay at Ghost Town to be a pleasant experience. If you happen to be in Bozeman or passing through, check out one of Ghost Town's locations, even if your lodging gives it to you for free.

These wonderful folks made this visit possible in part. Make sure to check them out!
